Our sweet Kaiya was pretty sick on my birthday -- she came to me and laid her head on my shoulder and said, "Mommy, why does my nose have to be SO mean?" You poor girl...I'm sorry your nose is being mean, have I told you lately how much I love your freckles?! Thanks for being such a good sport and letting me try to capture you in this miserable moment! I love all the detail I was able to get using this new lense...Kaiya was sitting on one side of the dining room as I took this picture all the way on the other side of the dining room...so excited about all the other detail I'll get to capture from a far!
